Underbust Corsets

Thinking about buying a corset but unsure where to start? Underbust corsets are the perfect place to start. I tell all my novice corset wearers to start with an underbust style and here's why.

An underbust corset looks fabulous worn over just about anything. Style it over a shirt, over a vest top or even over a dress. You can play around with new looks and have fun at the same time. Not only that, but they also help you get used to how a steel boned corset feels on your body. Wearing a steel boned corset might feel a little 'odd' if you're not use to wearing them. So start off small.

I actually prefer underbust corsets these days, far easier to style and i like wearing one over a plain black dress. It gives me an instant waist line and pulls me in by several inches. Plus it's easier to drive in!!

Overbust Corsets 

Naturally overbust corsets are fabulous, but they take a little getting used to. Plus overbust corsets show off more flesh, which you may not be used to. You need to the right balance of bust and waist measurement too, whereas an underbust corset doesn't matter.
