How Often Do You Self Care?

If you follow me on social media, you'll know I am quite big on self caring. Why? Well... why not? Why aren't we putting ourselves first sometimes and more often???

We are as important as everyone else, so why don't we look after ourselves more often?

My Self Caring Routines

Okay, so I don't have a specific routine, I do however ensure I self care for at least 10 minutes a day. Mostly I manage more time than that, but the deal I made with myself is 10 minutes a day at least.

My self care ranges from bubble baths, sitting in bed with a cup of tea and my book, watch a film and leave my phone in the kitchen, go for a nice walk, diamond painting, eating good foods, exercise, out for lunch, a massage and so forth. You get the picture. 

I want to encourage you to self care more and if you aren't self caring at all, then please start. No matter what your life style, you can find at least 10 minutes a day to switch off and do something just for yourself.
