About 2 weeks ago or just under I decided to make self care part of my daily routine. Last week I completed my first full week of self caring. 

Why am I sharing this with you? Because I want to help you look after yourself too. Yes I know I sell corsets, but as many of you know, I am all empowerment too. Self care has become an essential part of my life recently after getting to a bad place last month and realising I needed to think of myself more. Read on....
